Impacts and considerations
The macros can be used both in the rich-text editor and the simplified editor while creating email and text notifications.
Avoid using special characters, other email addresses, or links in the body text of email and text notifications. Use Custom Macros as links to your location, website, or any other information you would like to add to the notification content.
You can create up to 10 custom macros for your enterprise by configuring optional fields at the organization or center level. For more details, refer to configure optional fields in Zenoti.
