Reset guest-specific service duration

Resetting guest-specific service duration is irreversible. This means that you will not be able to retrieve the old duration adjustments. However, you can recreate the duration adjustment from scratch.

Required roles: Owner or Administrator

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click on the Configurations icon.

  2. Search and enable the Allow guest-specific adjustments to service duration setting from the Guests section.

  3. To modify all guest-specific price adjustments to the original durations, click Reset.

    The Reset button is only visible when the Allow guest-specific adjustments to service duration setting is enabled.

  4. Click Save.
