Enable view-only mode in queue
Zenoti provides centers with the flexibility to set the duration of inactivity for automatic logout. This feature ensures that employees can only view appointments when the queue is locked. To initiate any other action, they must unlock the queue using their PIN. With view-only mode enabled, Zenoti automatically logs you out after a set duration of inactivity in the queue view. However, it continues to display the queue view or appointment details, eliminating the need to log in again just to view appointments. To perform any action beyond viewing, you'll need to log in again by entering your PIN.
