Conversion Summary report

The Sales Conversion - Summary Report gives you a quick summary about how a particular sales owner converted sales opportunities from one status to another.

Example: How many opportunities did Harry King convert from Prospect to Won status in the past 3 months?

To view the Conversion Summary Report from the organization or center level:

  1. Ensure that you are at the organization or center level, as required.

  2. On the main menu, click the Reports tab.

  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Opportunities > Conversion (from the filter).

  4. From the list of reports, click Conversion Report - Summary. The report opens in a new tab.

  5. Select the center for which you wish you view the report.

    Example: Los Angeles

    [This step does not apply if you are already at the center level.]

  6. Make your selections in the filter criteria and click Refresh.

    To export the report, click the Excel or .CSV icons.

Conversion Report - Summary

Select this option if you wish to view a list of Opportunities and details such as the name of the Opportunity, Follow-up Date, Guest Name, Mobile Number. This report is useful for you to focus on the Follow-up Dates and quickly get in touch with Guests using their phone numbers.

Select an Owner

Names of Sales Owners

Select the name of a Sales Owner for whom you want to run the report to see the Conversion rate.

Example: What was the Conversion % of Aaron King for Opportunities that went from Active to Won Status in the past 1 month?

Select the From Status for which you want to generate the report.

Select the To Status for which you want to generate the report.

From the drop-down list, select either 1, 2, 3, or 6 months or Custom.

Note

For custom dates, you can view data for a maximum date range of 6 months at a time.

Example: If you wish to see data from January to August, first view data from January to June and then view data from July to August.

Note

You can click all the column titles to sort them in ascending or descending order.

Center

Displays the name of the Center.

Owner

Displays the name of the Owner.

From Status

Displays the From Status. Example: Lead status

To Status

Displays the To Status. Example: Won status

# From Status

Displays the number of the From Status. Example: If the From Status is Lead, then this column displays the number of Leads the Sales Owner is responsible for.

# To Status

Displays the number of the To Status. Example: If the To Status is Won, then this column displays the number of Wins the Sales Owner is responsible for.

% Conversion

Provides the percentage of Conversion for a particular Sales Owner. You can use this information to compare the performance of different Sales Owners and give them directions, as needed.

Paid Invoices

Lists the number of paid invoices.
