Configure guest actions in kiosk
Enable quick booking of previous visits
Guests can quickly book new appointments that are identical to their previous appointments. They can choose to customize their new appointment before booking it. For example, they can change the date, time, or provider.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enable quick booking of previous visits setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Impacts and considerations:
This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable kiosk mode setting at the center level.
Allow guests to sign in using their phone number
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Allow guests to sign in using their phone number setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.

Allow guests to sign in using their phone number or email address
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Allow guests to sign in using their phone number or email address setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.

Remind guest for missing phone or email
You can improve your communication with your guests and reduce the number of missed appointments by prompting them to enter their phone number or email address when booking an appointment, if they have not already entered this information.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Prompt guest when phone or email is missing setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.

Guest reminder to receive marketing emails
You can prompt your guests to choose their preference for receiving promotional information when they book an appointment if they have not already provided their email address or phone number.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Prompt guest to receive marketing emails section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
This setting is only available after you turn on these settings at the center level:

Prompt guest when phone or email is missing
Allow new guests to sign up at the kiosk
You can allow new guests will be able to sign up for services at the kiosk by entering their name, contact information, and other required information.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Allow new guests to sign up at the Kiosk section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.

Remind guests to fill in mandatory fields
You can prompt guests to fill in any missing mandatory fields before they check-in or book an appointment.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Prompt guest to collect their information and consent setting.
Select the Missing phone number or email checkbox.
Click Save.
