Cross Center Redemptions report (v1)
Cross-center redemption is when a guest purchases a liability (membership, package, gift card, prepaid card, loyalty points) at one center, but redeems it at another center.
The center where the liability is redeemed must collect the amount from the center where the liability was sold and vice versa.
Center managers can use this report to view the cross-center redemptions.
You can generate this report by:
Revenue: The report will show the amount your center owes or must collect from other centers based on the purchase price of the liability.
Payment: The report will show the amount your center owes or must collect from other centers based on the value of the liability.
Important
The report will not show cash payments rendered to complete a payment in the POS.
At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page, search for and select the Business Payments: Cross Center Redemption report.
To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.
Click Refresh.
