Service Category Average Time

Service Category Average Time inezPulse shows the average duration of services performed within each service category during the selected date range. It is calculated by dividing the total service time for a category by the number of services delivered in that category.

This metric helps teams evaluate time utilization and operational efficiency by service category, making it easier to compare how long different categories typically take and identify opportunities to optimize scheduling and staffing.

Example:

If the Color service category includes 80 completed services with a total service time of 7,200 minutes, then:

Color Average Time = 7,200 ÷ 80 =90 minutes

This means that, on average, each color service took 90 minutes during the reporting period.
