Organization Revenue report (v1)

Business owners can use this report to view the revenue generated from sales and redemptions of items in all centers during a date range.

Points to consider

Revenue	For services, classes, and products, revenue is realized when payment is collected using cash, card, check or custom payment and the invoice is closed. For liabilities: memberships, packages, gift cards, and prepaid cards, revenue is realized on redemption (to purchase a service, class, or product). Revenue = List price - Discount - Tax
Invoice	Closed invoices
Payment options	Cash, card, check, and custom payments and redemptions on memberships, packages, gift cards, and prepaid cards

At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page search for and select the Organization Revenue report.
If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.
To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.
Click Refresh.
If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

To view item revenue as a percentage of the total revenue, select the Show in percentage of total check box and click Refresh again.

Column	Description
Zone	Zone to which the center belongs
Center	Center where the revenue is generated
Services	Revenue realized from service sales Note Does not include redemptions
Products	Revenue realized from product sales Note Does not include redemptions
Memberships	Revenue realized from membership sales Memberships = IRR + MRR
Membership Credit Redemption	Revenue realized from membership credit redemptions
Membership Service Redemption	Revenue realized from membership service redemptions
Packages	Revenue generated from package sales and redemptions
Expired Packages	Revenue generated from expired packages
Gift Cards	Revenue generated from the redemptions of gift cards
Prepaid Cards	Revenue generated from the redemption of prepaid cards
Total	Total revenue realized from all the sales and redemptions

Services	Cash Revenue Ensure that you select Item Type as Service in the report
Products	Cash Revenue Ensure that you've selected Item Type as Product in the report.
Memberships	Sum of Membership Initial Recognized Revenue and Membership Monthly Recognized Revenue
Membership Credit Redemption	Membership Redemption Revenue Ensure that you've selected Item Type as All in the report.
Membership Service Redemption	Membership Service Redemption Revenue Ensure that you've selected Item Type as All in the report.
Packages	Sum of Package Initial Recognition Revenue and Package Redemption Revenue columns in the Invoice Item report Ensure that you've selected Item Type as All in the report.
Expired Packages	Revenue from Expired Packages Ensure that you've selected Item Type as All in the report.
Gift Cards	Gift Card Revenue Ensure that you've selected Item Type as Gift Cards in the report.
Prepaid Cards	Prepaid Card Revenue Ensure that you have selected Item Type as Prepaid Cards in the report.
Total	Total Revenue Ensure that you've selected Item Type as All in the report.
