MyZen upgraded for providers
We are consolidating all employee-related functions into the MyZen app. In this release, the following functionalities from ZMA are being incorporated into MyZen. Providers can now:
View appointments
Clock in and clock out for the day
Manage block-out times
Manage schedules
Manage security settings
Admin redesign - Unveiling the Config menu

Admin is getting redesigned and is getting a new look and feel with the new Configuration (Config) menu. This Configuration menu has a modern, clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interface.
The configuration menu now has a modern, clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interface.
Key highlightsSearch for any setting within Config or search across all menus: Use Search within Config to look for any setting across the Config menu. You can also use the main search icon to search for any setting across all menus.
Locate settings with ease: The Configuration menu categorizes settings into well-defined, cohesive groups. Example: The new Business details settings page has settings that were earlier scattered.
Use the new Master data menu: Use the Master data menu to set up master data for Services, Products, Memberships, and Packages.
View all reports under the consolidated Reports dashboard: Employee payroll reports, Fitness reports, KPI reports, Online booking reports, and Integrations-related reports are all consolidated under the Reports dashboard. All other reports were already available under the Reports dashboard.
Work with the renamed Sales menu and the Guests menu : The Sales menu is renamed to Lead generation. The Guests menu now includes actions related to guest management such as managing the guest profile, loyalty points, issues, and feedback.
Automated waitlist

Allow your guests to join a waitlist when preferred slots are unavailable. Guests can join up to four waitlists, or select a range of dates and time slots to add to the waitlist.

Capture consistent photos and visualize patient transformation right within Zenoti.
Capture perfectly consistent photos using gridlines, guidelines, and ghosting (overlaying previous visit photos).
Compare 'Before' & 'After' photos via sliders, split views, and linked zooming. Easily tag and filter photos in a unified gallery.
Photo Manager streamlines workflows for providers and offers HIPAA-compliant, unlimited cloud storage.
After selecting the amount or service for the gift card, the user can now choose to send an e-gift card, ship a physical gift card, or pick it up at the center. More information

The default keywords and the organization's custom-defined keywords are now blocked from being used in guest communication.
Guests can now view appointment slots across centers with distance information.
The Disputes report now shows details of chargebacks and reversals.
The Disputes report now shows details of the evidence submitted such as whether it is submitted. It also shows other associated details such as the submitted evidence document, date of submission, and who submitted the evidence. More information
You can track the details of guests who opted out of marketing communication in the newly introduced Guest Opt Out report. More information.
The center managers/ franchise owners can now identify and synchronize the selling price of the products to the MSRP.
The product-related information such as product name, barcode, sale price, vendor name, and so on can now be synchronized across organizations.
The Center column is introduced in the guest profile Tasks tab to maintain consistency in task creation within the respective centers. You can view all center-related tasks by default in the guest profile.
You can now quickly add services to an appointment from the list of services arranged by most commonly used in Booking Wizard, Appointment Panel, Queue and ZMA. More information

Building forms is now easier with the addition of 16 new forms to the form library catering to various types of treatments. Some additions are the Picosure form and the Morpheus skin rejuvenation treatment form.
Businesses subscribed to the Analytics module now have access to all service and guest form data (HTML and Form Builder).
Your guests can now see profile pictures of service providers when tipping them using Mirror Mode, Guest Mode, or Kiosk.
Rebooking now takes into account the specific provider requested during the original appointment.
SEPA payment methods are supported in some European countries.

You can now include barcodes in custom product labels, along with brand, product name, and price. More information

You can award guest referral benefits even if referrer details were not added during guest creation. More information
Payment links are now available for ‘Couple’, ‘Group’, and ‘Family’ bookings in addition to ‘Self’ bookings. This enhancement allows payment links to be triggered from the Point of Sale (POS) or through automatic processes.
Key implementation details:
Automatic payment links: Payment links will now be sent automatically to the guest who made the booking for online booking scenarios.
Manual payment links: Front desk staff (FDOs) can manually send payment links from the POS or by using the Send Payment Link button on invoices.
Payment link configuration: FDOs can select the relevant invoices and configure relevant settings like choosing the recipient of the payment link, specifying the payment amount, and optionally editing the email and mobile number fields.
Group appointment support: FDOs can access the Send Payment Link button from an appointment block’s context menu. The pop-up window also includes a Take Payment button for other payment modes. Partial payments are supported, allowing each member to make payments against their respective services.
Invoice management: Updated invoices trigger the expiration of old payment links to prevent payment errors or escalations. If an old payment has been made, the invoice cannot be grouped with others.
In the Memberships report, the Liability Type filter now has the No liability option that enables you to track discount only memberships. More information
Centers can now choose to follow deposit collection settings set by the organization or configure center-specific deposit settings. More information
Centers can choose to have a different weekly off day other than Sunday by marking the desired day as Closed. More information
Users can now share report views with specific roles across centers and zones. More information
Businesses can access a comprehensive fact table that includes information on tips paid out through Zenoti, and tips that are in the processing stage and will be paid out through the MyZen app.
Apart from tips, you can now make ad-hoc payments, such as payroll adjustment and fuel or other expenses, to your employees' Zenoti Wallet. More information

Businesses can now block guests without enough service credits from booking a service that is part of a package or membership.
Checkouts for group and couple bookings are faster now with payment links.
For credit card payments, you can now pass on the applicable surcharge fee to your guests. A new column has been added to the Collections V2 report to track and display the surcharge fee passed onto the guest. To view this column in the report, you must first enable the feature to pass the surcharge fee. More information
You can now add a text box in the form builder content component using macros. More information
Tip amount suggestions will be displayed on payment terminals with the Stripe payment processor.
Businesses that have enabled the Guest Pass feature for classes and have subscribed to Redshift Cluster can access Guest Pass redemption data from a new table in Redshift.
The front desk staff now has the ability to mark virtual guests as "no shows" or "late cancels" and receive an onscreen alert before proceeding with the operation. In these cases, the guest pass associated with the virtual guest is consumed or cancelled. Additionally, the service credit section for the member who invited the virtual guest is updated. The surcharge fee levied for credit card transactions on guests is included in the Collections data source.

In online booking CXV3 settings, customers now have the option to select between 3-level hierarchy and 4-level hierarchy. More information

In online booking, the center-level expiry date settings are applied for custom amount gift cards purchased from any center of the organization. More information
For better readability and understanding, we have changed the name of a setting from Surface processing time segments as slots. to, Enable service providers to be booked for a guest during processing time segments of other guests. We have also enabled this setting for all customers by default.
The setting for SignalR appointment book sync will now be enabled by default for all organizations.
The Apex console will now receive only Delivered, Undelivered, and Failed at network status calls to reduce calls.
We have added logs for email processing to get the execution time before HTTP calls.
We have made a performance fix to show email status earlier.

Customers who wish to link their Revolut bank account for payments must provide a 6-digit sort code while onboarding their bank account.
To facilitate easier billing for customers using the Stripe payment processor, bank account details such as account number, routing number, bank name, and account holder name will be collected. Before this enhancement, these details were not saved in Zenoti’s database but managed by Stripe.
Simplify your organization’s tipping experience by using TIPS payout.
Enroll directly for faster tips payout, select payout program (same-day vs T+2 business days) ,centers and accept T&C.
For Same-day payouts, the pre-funding amount can be maintained in your own checking account that can be created. The account can be replenished automatically based on set logic for seamless payouts.
For same-day payouts, you can choose to have single or multiple payouts per day.
Using the Employee Sales-Cash report, self-employed stylists, who work as contractors or rent a chair at a business, can understand the amount they must receive. This can be seen both at the item-level and payment-type level. More information
