Start your day on Zenoti Mobile v2 (on phones)

Log in to Zenoti Mobile App (ZMA)

  1. Locate the app on your device.

  2. To launch the application, tap the Zenoti Mobile icon.

  3. In the Account Name field, enter your business's Zenoti URL. Example: zenspa.zenoti.com

  4. Enter your employee username and password.

  5. Tap Login.

    Tip

    If you're not able to log in to Zenoti Mobile (ZMA), see blank screens, or if your screen is buffering, try these troubleshooting tips:

    • Uninstall the app, then reinstall it. Try logging in again.

      Note: You may not have the latest version of the app installed - this trick normally works.

    • Reach out to your owner or manager to check your geofence settings - you may not have the permissions to log into ZMA outside of geofence.

  6. Tap More and enable Zenoti Mobile V2.

Clock in

If your business allows you to clock in from Zenoti Mobile, then:

  1. Tap More,

  2. Tap Clock in (previously called Check in).

Change your center

  1. Tap More.

  2. Under Settings, tap Change next to Current Center.

  3. Search for the desired center and select it.

Receive notifications

Get notifications on your mobile or smartwatch.

Note

You will receive notifications for the following situations:

  • Employee clock-in alert

  • Employee clock-out alert

  • Guest check-in

  • Service start

  • End of service

  • Next provider to start service

  • Guest check-out

View appointments for a different day

  1. On the Appointment page, tap the date on the top left-hand corner.

  2. Tap the desired date.

  3. To return to the current date, tap Today in the calendar.

  4. To move to a different week or month, tap the +4 weeks, +6 weeks, +8 weeks, or +10 weeks options on the calendar screen.

Add a block out time

To inform your business that you’ll be away for a while, add a block-out time.

  1. Tap on the provider’s name.

  2. Tap Add Block Out Time.

  3. Select the desired block-out type, start time, duration, and notes, if any.

    The block-out time you created shows up for the provider.

  4. Increase or decrease the block-out time by stretching or compressing the block.

Alternate methods for adding a block-out time

  1. Tap on an empty slot on the calendar or tap the plus (+) icon

  2. Tap Add Block Out Time.

  3. Select the provider and add the block out type, start time, duration, and notes, if any.

  4. Tap Save.

Edit or delete a block out time

To edit or delete a block out time:

  1. Tap the block out time.

  2. Tab Edit or Delete.

Change password

  1. Tap More on the bottom right corner.

  2. Tap Change password.

  3. Enter your Current password in the text box.

  4. Enter New password and Confirm password in the boxes.

  5. Tap Save.
