Create membership categories

You can create membership categories to classify your memberships according to type on your Webstore and POS. This in turn helps your customers and the front desk find them easily.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select Membership categories in the Memberships section.

  3. To create a new membership category, click Add.

  4. Enter a name and description (optional).

  5. Click Finish.

You can create and edit membership categories only at the organization level. At the center level, you can only view the existing membership categories.
