Configure SmartKart for your business

SmartKart is a recommendation tool that suggests products, memberships, or packages based on the service you add in Zenoti. For example, if you add an anti-dandruff treatment to the invoice, SmartKart will automatically recommend an anti-dandruff shampoo (product). Similarly, SmartKart recommends any memberships or packages relevant to the anti-dandruff treatment.

This allows the front-desk staff to recommend relevant items and thereby improve sales.

Note

SmartKart is available only on WebPOS and Webstore.

To configure the SmartKart

After you set up your recommendations, the front-desk staff will see a blue cart icon on the POS. Click the icon to view product and membership recommendations. Prompt the same to the guests.

SmartKart – Dashboard

The SmartKart dashboard offers a high-level glimpse of the performance of the tool and lets you analyze the effectiveness of the recommendation.

It contains the following sections:

  1. Recommendations Funnel: Lists the number of guests who accepted the recommendations of the tool, the total impressions, the number of card additions, and the total revenue generated through recommendations. Below the funnel is a graphical representation of the same.

  2. Top Categories: Lists categories that are preferred by the guests based on the recommendations of SmartKart.

  3. Top Services: Lists services that were accepted by the guests after checking the SmartKart recommendations.
