Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.

In Zenoti, you can specify actions or alerts when the front desk staff attempts to close the register with open invoices. You can set alerts for the staff, allowing them to proceed with closing the register after being notified of the open invoices. Alternatively, you can block the register closure entirely until all specified invoices are resolved. These settings help maintain financial accuracy and prevent incomplete transactions at the end of the day.
