Set up stock actions

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Allow product checkout, transfer, and conversion when stock is not available setting from the Stock actions section.

To continue product usage even when they are temporarily out of stock, enable this setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Enable auto checkouts from store to floor for product transfers setting from the Stock actions section.

To automate the checkout process when transferring products from store inventory to the floor, enable this setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Enable auto checkouts from store to floor for retail product sales setting from the Stock actions section.

To automate the checkout process when the products are sold on the floor, enable this setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Enable auto checkouts for consumable products setting from the Stock actions section.

To automatically check out consumable products when they are used, enable this setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Manual checkout for consumption when checking out from store to floor setting from the Stock actions section.

To enforce checkouts to be recorded for non-service related products like paper napkins that do not need granular-level of tracking, enable this setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Allow to restock returned products setting from the Stock actions section.

To restock products that have been returned by customers, enable this setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Enable product conversions setting from the Stock actions section.

To allow product conversion from retail to consumable and vice-versa, enable this setting.

Click Save.

At the center level, click the Configurations icon.

Search for and select Add a prefix for checkouts setting from the Stock actions section.

Provide the preferred prefix for checkouts.

Click Save.

At the center level, click the Configurations icon.

Search for and select Add a prefix for conversions setting from the Stock actions section.

Provide the preferred prefix for conversions.

Click Save.
