Considerations

In the Marketplace, the pricing hierarchy works top-down. If account-level pricing is available, it is used. If not, the system falls back to country-level pricing. If neither is available, it defaults to global pricing, adjusted by the corresponding currency.

  • Account level pricing: This is the second level of overrides. For instance, within the US, you could have different pricing for different accounts. The same applies within the UK.

  • Country-level pricing: This is the first level of overrides. For example, you might have different pricing for European or Arabic countries. This allows you to tailor prices based on regional markets.

  • Global-level pricing: This is the base level of pricing, and overrides can be applied on top of this.
