Couple booking

Couples Services are intended for two people and usually require two staff members to perform the service. Once booked, they show as two appointments on your appointment book. A couples service is designed for two customers to be taken simultaneously in the same room. Couples can book multiple services, but both receive the same services.

Enable couple booking

On the webstore, businesses can allow guests to schedule appointments with their partners, facilitating a convenient and enjoyable experience for couples.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Online booking settings from the Online booking section.
Click Webstore V2 > Group Booking.
Turn on the Enable couples booking setting.
Click Publish.

To disable the setting toggle off the Enable couples booking option.

Guest task for couple booking

To book an appointment with your partner, perform the following steps as a guest:

Open the Webstore V2 URL.
The URL will be www.<businessname>/zenoti.com/webstoreNew.
From the I would like to book an appointment for drop-down list, select Couple.
The information for the first guest will be overwritten by logged-in guest details.
To add a service, select a service from the available list or search for a service in the Search bar.
To select a provider for the first guest, from the Provider drop-down list select Any Therapist or a specific provider.
Select the Guest2 tab and provide the required details.
The same service selected for Guest1 will be shown for Guest 2.
To select a provider for the second guest, from the Provider drop-down list select Any Therapist or a specific provider.
Select the date and time.
The services for both members will start at the same time.
The selection of date and time depends upon the availability of providers and resources required to tend to the members. In case the providers or resources are not available, the guest must select a new date, to view the available slots and continue with the booking.
To proceed with the booking, click Book.
Review the details such as guest name, selected services, therapist's name, time, and price.
Zenoti holds your time slot for a few minutes (hold time) until you confirm the booking.
To proceed with the booking, select the consent checkbox.
To make the payment, select the saved card or enter the new card details.
Click Confirm Booking.

Impacts and considerations

Only those services that the administrator has set up as a couple service appear in the list of available services.
