Track guest visits and payments over a specific period
The Access and Payments tabs in a guest profile include date range filters. Use these filters to view and export a guest's visit history or transaction records for a specific period.
Filter Visits by date
The Access tab displays a guest's visit history, including the center visited, membership used, and visit count. Use the Visits Date filter to narrow the results to a specific date range. To filter visit data by date:
Access the required guest profile.
Go to the Access tab.
Select a preset range or a custom date range for the Visits Date filter.
Preset options: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, This Month, 2 Months, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year.
Custom range: Select a start date and an end date from the calendar.
Note
To clear the filter, click the Close icon next to the Visits Date field. The tab reloads and displays all available visit history. The Visits Summary and Visits Details List display only the records within the selected date range.
Click Refresh.
Click Export to PDF to export the filtered visit data.
Filter payments by Invoice date
Access the required guest profile.
Go to the Payments tab.
Select a preset range or a custom date range for the Invoice Date filter.
Preset options: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, This Month, 2 Months, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year.
Custom range: Select a start date and an end date from the calendar.
Note
To clear the filter, click the Close icon next to the Invoice Date field.
Set values for the Transaction Date, Transaction Type, or Status filters to narrow results further.
Click Refresh.
Click Export to PDF to export the filtered payment data.
Considerations
The maximum supported date range is six months. If you select a range longer than six months, Zenoti displays a warning and does not apply the filter. For data spanning more than six months, run separate exports for every six months and merge the results in an external application.
The Invoice Date and Transaction Date filters work independently. When both filters are active, only transactions that satisfy both date conditions appear in the results.
