Tips Payout Adoption report

The Tips payout adoption report has the details of enrollment and payout status of the employees, the status of their Zenoti card, and bank account details.

Role permissions to view this report

Required permissions: MyZen tips adoption report, Access Zenoti wallet bank account details

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select Security roles under Security.

  3. Select a role and click the Permissions tab.

  4. Expand Reports(v2) and against Employee, select the following role permissions:

    • MyZen Tips Adoption Report: Gives the user access to view the report and customize their view using filters and available columns.

    • Access Zenoti wallet bank account details: allows the user to use specific filters such as Employment start date , and Bank account status, and view columns such as the Employee number, SSN (last 4 digits of their Social Security Number), Account holder's name, Bank account number, Routing number, Bank account type, Bank name, Bank account status, and Employment start date.

  5. Click Save.

Access the Tips Payout Adoption report
  1. At the center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. Search for and select the Tips Payout Adoption report.

Column descriptions

Column

Description

Payout status

Statuses can be one of the following

  • Application not submitted

  • Application in review

  • Active

  • Employee opted out

  • Application declined

Action

You can take the following actions for each employee:

  • Send reminder: If an employee has not signed up or linked their account, click the send icon to send a reminder.

    A reminder is sent to the email that is stored in the Zenoti employee profile.

  • Opt-out/Opt-in: Opt the specific employee out of tips payout.

    If you have opted an employee out of tips payout, you can opt them back in here.

Payout start date

The date on which the payout is/ will be started for the employee

Active from

Date from which the employee's Zenoti wallet is active

Last payout date

Date on which the employee tips were paid out last

Zenoti card

Last 4 digits of the Zenoti Card issued to the employee

Card status

Status of the card issued to the employee. Status can be one of the following:

  • Not created: The card was never created. This can happen before or after Zenoti wallet creation

  • Not shipped: Card has been created but is yet to be shipped

  • Shipped

  • Activated

  • Blocked/Frozen: The user has requested to block the card.

  • Canceled: The card has been canceled or deleted upon the user's request.

Employee number (code)

A unique employee code generated or assigned to each employee at the time of their profile creation.

Bank account status

According to the status of the application from the employee, bank account statuses can be any of the following:

  • Application not submitted or N/A

  • Application under review

  • Application declined

  • Active

  • Blocked

  • Account closed

SSN (last 4 digits)

The last 4 digits of the social security number submitted by the employee while signing up for Zenoti Wallet.

If the bank account status is Application not started, this column will have no entries for that employees.

Account holder name

The full name of the account holder of the submitted bank account.

If the employee is a minor/underage, the account holder's name will be different from the employee's. The account holder's name might be the guardian's name.

Bank account number

The full bank account number of the employee as submitted.

Routing number

A nine-digit routing number associated with the sponsor bank for this account.

Personal Checking or Personal Savings account

Employment start date

The start date of the employee as set in their profile
