DLT registration FAQ

  1. I've already registered my content, but just added a space character, do I need to re-register the content?

    Yes. Any small change even space, you have re-register the template on DLT and share it with Zenoti as the template id changes on DLT - you have to add it as a new template.

  2. What is Brand Name and why do I need to add it?

    Brand name is to recognize your business when sending messages. It is required for notifications without templates - not required for campaigns.

  3. Do I need to register even campaigns?

    Yes.

  4. I need to send a new campaign today. Can I do that?

    No. Before you can send a campaign, you must register the content on DLT and then get it approved by Zenoti.
