Enable proration and refund for membership freeze and unfreeze actions
This article explains how to enable and configure proration and refund for freeze and unfreeze actions.
Prerequisites
Role: Any role with access to the Administrator mode
Permissions: No special permissions required
To enable and configure proration, follow these instructions:
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for select the Enable proration and refund for freeze actions setting in the Memberships section.
Turn on the toggle.
Once enabled, two additional settings become visible:
Enable membership fee to be prorated for freeze actions (applies pro-rating when skip collections is selected)
Enable membership fee to be refunded for freeze actions (applies refunds when skip collections is selected)
Enable the settings relevant to your use case.
Click Save.
