View All patient gallery in Medical Hub
The All patient gallery provides a single organization-wide view of every patient photo, PDF, and video captured across all centers.
Open the gallery
Go to Medical Hub > Global gallery.
Select All patient gallery from the left panel.
By default, the gallery lists media in reverse-chronological order, grouped by date and then by patient. Each entry shows the patient name, center, and the service performed, or No service assigned when no service is linked to the media.
Available filters for the gallery
Narrow the results using the filter bar and the Filters panel:

Patient | Patient name. |
Treatment | Treatment name. |
Tags | Tags applied to the media. |
Gallery category | Gallery, for example, All patient gallery or Marketing gallery. |
Age | Patient age. |
File type | Images, PDFs, or Videos. |
Body area | Tagged body area, for example Face, Neck, or Full Body. |
Date | Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom date range. |
Actions
Add to marketing gallery: add the selected images to the organization's marketing gallery.
Compare images: select two or more images to compare them side by side.
Enable the All patient gallery
The All patient gallery is a gated feature. Contact your Zenoti representative to enable it.
Permissions
The owner role has this permission by default. Update role permissions from the Security role Permissions tab, under Appointment book > All patient gallery.
