Allow guests to use service discounts after membership cancellation

Businesses typically offer services at a discount to members. This is done by configuring discounts for each applicable service at the individual membership level. A member might have unused membership credits at the time of cancellation. In such cases, you can allow the guest to use those service discounts. You can also set a limit in terms of the number of days after cancellation (grace period) for this redemption at the center level.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode

Required permissions: None

Enable service discounts usage at the organization level
  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for the Allow guest to use service discounts post cancellation setting in the Memberships section.

  3. Enable this setting.

  4. Click Save.

Set the grace period at the center level
  1. At the center level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for the Block redemption after (number of days) after membership is cancelled, terminated, or has expired setting in the Memberships section.

  3. To specify the grace period for the usage of discounts, enter a number in the Block redemption after (number of days) after membership is cancelled, terminated, or has expired column.

  4. Click Save.
