    Setting

    Description

Allow check-in before class starts (in minutes)

During the defined period leading up to the scheduled class start time, enrolled students are automatically checked into the class.

Allow check-in after class starts (in minutes)

Enrolled students have the convenience of checking in within a specific time frame after the scheduled class start time. This flexibility ensures that students can join the class even if they're running a bit late.

Show classes preceding check-in time (in minutes)

When a member checks in, the kiosk displays the enrolled classes X minutes before the set check-in time. X is the value in minutes defined for this setting.

Show classes after check-in time (in minutes)

When a member checks in, the kiosk displays the enrolled classes X minutes after the set check-in time. X is the value in minutes defined for this setting.

    Set auto timeout (in seconds)

After a defined number of minutes, the fitness kiosk will automatically lock itself. This is done to make sure that when students use it, they start with a clean check-in page, and the information from the previous user is not visible. This helps make the kiosk more efficient and accessible for everyone at your studio.

To override the Set auto timeout (in seconds) duration, provide a value for the Check-in page time out (in minutes) field while customizing the fitness kiosk.

    Enter brand message

This field displays your brand's caption on relevant kiosk screens.

    Enter redirect message

Redirect message typically refers to a note displayed on the kiosk interface that directs or guides users to take a specific action or follow a particular process. For example, for check-in, a redirect message might instruct the student to scan a QR code.

Specify the location of the brand image

Enter the URL of the uploaded image for your brand displayed on the kiosk.

    Enable workout count

After the member checks in, the workout count tracks the number of times they attended the session in a week. The count begins from last Monday till today.

The Enable workout count feature keeps track of the total number of sessions completed from last Monday up to the present session. It doesn't include the current day's session in the count since it's still ongoing. The count remains at '1' for multiple visits during the same session, typically set to a default duration of 60 minutes in the industry.

    Checkin message header

Displays the title of your check-in message on the kiosk.

    Checkin message topline

Displays the topline text for the message that is displayed on the kiosk check-in page.

    Checkin message bodytext

More details that you can add to your message for the kiosk check-in page.

  4. Click Save.
