Recover guests through Abandoned booking alert
SmartBot will send an automated follow-up message to users who do not complete their booking. This encourages users to either restart their conversation with SmartBot or complete their booking through the Webstore.
The reminder message is sent 10 minutes after inactivity on the Web Bot and 30 minutes after inactivity on the SMS Bot.
The message informs users that they can restart the conversation with SmartBot by replying ‘Hi’ or book online by clicking the included webstore URL.

For this feature, no setup is required, and it is available by default for all SmartBot customers.
