Memberships Waived Collections report (v2)

After guests have a bad experience at your spa, one of the retention strategies is to waive off the upcoming collection.

Business owners and accountants can use this report to view the amount of revenue that the business waived off during a date range.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Memberships Waived Collection report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.
