Access Zenoti Wallet or Card as an Inactive Employee
Even after leaving a salon or business, you may still need access to your Zenoti Wallet and Zenoti Smart Card. This article explains how inactive employees - former service providers who worked at Zenoti-powered businesses — can continue to access their Zenoti Wallet and Smart Card. It provides login steps, outlines available features, and guides you on updating contact details if needed.
Overview
If you are an inactive employee, meaning you no longer work at a Zenoti-powered business but had a Zenoti Wallet or Smart Card during your employment, you can continue using both. The myZen app allows you to log in without business credentials, so you can access your wallet, transfer funds, and manage your Smart Card. If your email or phone number has changed, Zenoti Support can help restore access.
