Service Only Visits

Service Only Visits in ezPulse represents the total number of invoices that include at least one service item type but no product items. This metric focuses on visits where guests only availed services without making any retail purchases. 

It helps you assess how often guests engage only in service offerings and may indicate opportunities to promote retail add-ons or product recommendations. 

Example: If you had four invoices in a day:

  • Two with only services

  • One with only products

  • One with both service and product, then

  • Service Only Visits = 2

This means two guests visited solely for services without any retail purchases.
