Supported hardware for Kiosk

iOS

  • Devices

    • iPad Air 2 and later.

    • iPad 5th generation and later.

    • iPad Pro 2nd generation and later.

  • Operating System Version

    • iOS 13 or later.

Android

  • Devices

    • Zenoti recommends that you use a tablet with screen size of 9.5 inches and above. The ideal screen resolution for devices is 1024 x 768.

    • Recommended devices:

      Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+, Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ and later.

    • Memory: 4 GB RAM + 32 GB ROM and above.

  • Operating System Version

    • Android 10 and later.

Important

  • You cannot run Kiosk on an iPad Mini.

  • Kiosk is available on the Zenoti Mobile Application (ZMA) v2. The app is not supported on Amazon Fire Tablets.

  • You may not find the Zenoti Mobile application in the Play Store for locations such as Georgia, Macau, SAR China, and Solomon Island.

Based on your business, you may be required to use the Appointment Book or Queue to manage your guests.
