Switch back to the old Appointment Book

If you prefer the classic Appointment Book interface in Zenoti or want to opt out of the redesigned version, you can easily revert to the previous layout. Disable the Redesigned Appointment Book feature at both the Center and Organization levels to ensure the change takes effect for all users.

If you choose to return to the current version:

  1. Turn off the New version toggle in the redesigned view.

  2. Rate your experience and share your feedback in the feedback form that appears.

After submitting feedback, you are redirected to the old Appointment Book for the rest of your session. 

The next time you log in or reopen the browser, the calendar opens in the existing view till you switch on the New version toggle.

Considerations
  • The trial version is available only for users whose centers have not yet switched to the redesigned Appointment Book.

  • After your center completes onboarding and turns on the redesigned view, it becomes the default. The option to go back is no longer available.

  • The redesigned view includes updated navigation, clearer appointment blocks, and improved icon placement.

  • If your organization has enabled the redesigned Appointment Book and your center has not yet switched to it, you will see a New version toggle on the top-right corner of the calendar.

  • If you do not see the option to revert directly from the Appointment Book interface, navigate to Configurations > Appointments and check under the section for interface settings to locate Redesigned Appointment Book.

  • Disable the redesigned Appointment Book at both the center and organization levels to ensure that all users in the organization revert to the classic layout.

Disable Redesigned Appointment Book for the organization
  1. At the organization level, click Configuration.

  2. Navigate to Appointment and Queue management > Interface.

  3. Switch off the Redesigned Appointment Book toggle to disable the new appointment book.

  4. Click Save.

Disable Redesigned Appointment Book for a specific center
  1. At the center level, click Configuration.

  2. Navigate to Appointment and Queue management > Interface.

  3. Switch off the Redesigned Appointment Book toggle to disable the new appointment book.

  4. Click Save.
