Text Usage report (v1)

Center managers can use this report to view the center credits used to send transactional messages to guests.

Important

Transactional messages are sent for the templates that are active for the center under the Email/Texts tab at the organization level.

  1. Click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Text Usage report.

  3. Select the desired filters.

  4. Click Refresh.

Unique code that identifies the guest

Text message sent to the guest

Status of the message

REASON

Reason if the message is pending or in error state

SENT ON

Date and time when the message was sent

SENT TO

Mobile number to which the message was sent

If this number does not match the mobile number on the guest's profile, then you will see this number in red.

GUEST MOBILE

Mobile number on the guest's profile

CREDITS CONSUMED

Credits used to deliver the message to the guest

Note

A message can have macros added. The character count is calculated after the macros are expanded when the message is delivered to the guest. Messages with more than 160 alphanumeric characters consume two or more text (SMS) credits. Messages with one or more Unicode characters consume one text credit for every 70 characters.

Note

Certain columns are excluded from the exported report for security reasons, safeguarding sensitive information while still providing essential data.
