Request paystubs as a terminated or inactive employee

This article explains how terminated or inactive employees can request paystubs after leaving a Zenoti-powered business.

Overview

Paystubs are an important part of your payroll records, but if you’ve left your employer, you currently don’t have direct access to view or download them through the myZen app. In these cases, your previous employer can retrieve and share your paystubs with you upon request.

What you should do

To receive your paystubs:

  1. Contact your previous employer or center manager.

  2. Request copies of your paystubs for the required period,

  3. The business will provide them to you after retrieving them from the system.

Zenoti is working on a feature that will allow terminated employees to view their own paystubs directly through the myZen app. This feature will be available in the future.
