Average Service Visit in ezPulse shows the average amount spent per service-related visit. It focuses only on invoices that include at least one service item type, excluding retail-only transactions.
This metric is useful for assessing the typical value of service visits and understanding how much revenue each service visit contributes. It can highlight opportunities to enhance pricing, add-on services, or retail attachment to service sales.
Average Service Visit: Net Service Sales / Service Visits
Example: If your Net Service Sales for the day is $345 and there were 2 Service Visits, then:
Average Service Visit = $345 ÷ 2 = $172.50
This means that, on average, each guest who received a service spent $172.50 on services and memberships during their visit.
