Hide fields from guests
You can make fields like the therapist's signature, annotation pad, or treatment details read-only on the guest's end. Similarly, you can hide doctor's notes or fields reserved for office use from guest-facing applications (CMA, Kiosk, ZMA guest mode, and Webstore).
Create a form or open an existing form.
From the components list, add a component that you want to hide or make read-only.
To edit the component, click Edit.
To make the field read-only on CMA, Kiosk, ZMA, and Webstore, under the Basic tab, select the Make field read-only for guest (on CMA, Kiosk, Webstore, ZMA guest mode) check box.
Note
This setting displays the field on the guest's end, but they won't be able to edit or make entries to the field.
To hide the field from CMA, Kiosk, ZMA, and Webstore, under the Basic tab, select the Hide field from guest (on CMA, Kiosk, Webstore, ZMA guest mode) check box.
Note
This setting hides the field entirely from the guest's end.
Example
You are designing a form for cosmetic surgery. Here, the form must have sections for the therapist, the doctor, and the guest.
