Payment Methods
Zenoti supports multiple payment methods to help businesses accept payments across supported channels. The availability of payment methods, how they are enabled, and the countries where they are supported can vary based on configuration and region.
Some payment methods follow different rules depending on whether a payment is initiated by the business or by the guest.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is one of the payment methods supported in Zenoti. Guests can use Apple Pay to make payments and save Apple Pay cards for future transactions across supported channels.
Saved Apple Pay cards follow specific usage rules based on how payments are initiated.
Using saved Apple Pay cards
Guests can save Apple Pay cards as usual.
Saved Apple Pay cards can be used only for merchant-initiated transactions, including recurring collections and dunning.
Saved Apple Pay cards are not available for customer-initiated one-time payments in online or self-service channels.
Apple Pay saved cards will not be shown as a payment option for customer-initiated transactions.
When Apple Pay is enabled, users will see the following message:
Apple Pay saved cards can’t be used by guests for online transactions. They can only be used by the front desk for invoice payments or recurring collections.
