Set frequency to rebook appointments
Enter the frequency in days to allow the front-desk staff to rebook an appointment. Some services, such as haircuts or massages, require regular visits for optimal results. Setting frequency for rebooked appointments helps customers stay on track with their desired schedule. The rebooking frequency for appointments on MyZen is automatically adjusted depending on the preference selected at the organization level.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.
Required permissions: None
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Set frequency (in days) to rebook appointments.
In the text box, enter the number of days after which the appointment can be rebooked.
Click Save.
