Consumption reports (v1)

Inventory managers can use this report to view product consumption that was projected by Zenoti and the actual consumption that was made at the center.

You may not be able to view this report for the following reasons:

You’ve not audited stock for more than three months
Action: Complete the audit and reconciliation and generate the report exactly one day after the reconciliation.
You’ve submitted an audit and are waiting for reconciliation.
Action: Wait for the reconciliation to be approved

You can generate this report for retail, for consumables, or for both product types.

At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page, search for and select the Consumption - All report.
If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.
To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.
Click Refresh.
If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Column	Description
Code	Unique code that identifies the product
Name	Product name
Unit	Unit of measurement defined for the product
Category	Category to which this product belongs
Subcategory	Subcategory to which this product belongs
Vendor	Vendor to which this product is associated If a product is associated with multiple vendors, you will see Multiple in this column.
Opening Qty - Store	Quantity of this product in store as on the report start date
Opening Qty - Floor	Quantity of this product on the floor as on the report start date You will not see this column if your business follows the on-hand quantity model.
Opening On-Hand Qty	Quantity of this product as on the report start date You will not see this column if your business follows the on-hand quantity model.
Opening Value	Value of this product on both store and floor (on-hand) on the report start date
Inflow - PO quantity	Quantity of this product from the purchase orders delivered at the center
Inflow - Value	Value of this product from the purchase orders delivered at the center
Inflow - Transfer quantity	Quantity of this product received at the center from transfer orders
Inflow - Value	Value of this product from the transfer orders delivered at the center
Inflow - Converted quantity	Quantity of this product from the conversion process. If you’ve selected All as the product type while generating the report, you will see zero in this column. For retail, you will see the consumable quantity that was converted to retail. For consumables, you will see the retail quantity that was converted to consumable.
Inflow - Value	Value of this product from the conversion process If you’ve selected All as the product type while generating the report, you will see zero in this column. For retail, you will see the consumable quantity that was converted to retail. For consumables, you will see the retail quantity that was converted to consumable.
Inflow - Bundle quantity	Quantity of the product kit after it is bundled
Inflow - Value	Value of the product kit after it is bundled
Inflow - Unbundled quantity	Quantity of this individual product that was increased after the product kits, containing this product, were unbundled Note For product kits, you will see zero in this column. Example Hair Care Kit, has two products: Hair Shampoo (quantity 2) and Hair Conditioner (quantity 1). When the kit is unbundled for quantity 5, the values in this column are as follows: Hair Care Kit: 0 Hair Shampoo: 2x5 = 10 Hair Conditioner: 1x5 = 5
Inflow - Value	Value of this product that was increased after product kits containing this product were unbundled Note For product kits, you will see zero in this column.
Inflow - PO Return	Quantity of this product returned from other centers to this center Note If this center is not a vendor, you will see zero in this column.
Inflow - Value	Value of this product due to returns from other centers to this center Note If this center is not a vendor, you will see zero in this column.
Inflow - POS Return	Quantity of this product returned and restocked from POS Note This number does not include the discarded quantity.
Inflow - Value	Value of this product after returns and restocks from POS Note This number does not include the discarded quantity.
Checkout - Qty	Quantity of this product checked out from store to floor If your business follows the on-hand quantity model, you will not see this column.
Checkout - Value	The value of this product from store-to-floor check-outs. If your business follows the on-hand quantity model, you will not see this column.
Outflow - PO quantity	Quantity of this product delivered from this center to other centers on purchase orders
Outflow - Value	Value of this product from purchase orders delivered from this center to other centers
Outflow - Transfer quantity	Quantity of this product that is transferred from this center to other centers
Outflow - Value	Value of this product transferred from this center to other centers
Outflow - Bundle quantity	Quantity of this individual product bundled in a kit Note For product kits, you will see zero in this column. Example Hair Care Kit has two products: Hair Shampoo (quantity 2) and Hair Conditioner (quantity 1). Outflow - Value	Value of this product kit reduced after it was unbundled Note For products, you will see zero in this column.
Outflow - Sold quantity	Quantity of this product sold through POS Note For consumables, you will see zero in this column.
Outflow - Value	Value of this product from POS sales Note For consumables, you will see zero in this column.
Outflow - Consumed quantity	Quantity of this product consumed in services Note For retail, you will see zero in this column.
Outflow - Value	Value of this product in service consumption Note For retail, you will see zero in this column.
Outflow - Converted quantity	Quantity of this product used in conversion If you’ve selected All as the product type while generating the report, you will see zero in this column. For retail, you will see the retail quantity that was converted to consumable. For consumables, you will see the consumable quantity that was converted to retail.
Outflow - Value	Value of this product in conversions If you’ve selected All as the product type while generating the report, you will see zero in this column. For retail, you will see the retail quantity that was converted to consumable. For consumables, you will see the consumable quantity that was converted to retail.
Outflow - InTransit quantity	Quantity of this product that is in transit (dispatched from this center to the destination center, but not delivered)
Outflow - Value	Value of this product that is in transit (dispatched from this center to the destination center, but not delivered)
Outflow - PO Return quantity	Quantity of this product returned to vendors
Outflow - Value	Value of this product from return orders to vendors
Closing Qty	On-hand quantity of this product as on the report end date If your business follows the store and floor model, you can will separate columns for store and floor.
Closing Value	Value of this product in store and floor (on-hand) as on the report end date
Actual Used-Qty	Total quantity of this product that was used Actual Used Qty = Opening Qty + Inflow PO quantity + Inflow Transfer quantity – Outflow PO Return quantity + Inflow PO Return + Inflow Converted quantity - Outflow Converted quantity + (Inflow Bundle quantity + Inflow Unbundled quantity) – (Outflow Bundle quantity + Outflow Unbundled quantity) - Outflow - PO quantity - Outflow Transfer quantity - Outflow InTransit quantity – Closing Qty
Actual Used-Value	Total value of this product that was used
Projected Used-Qty	Total quantity of this product that was expected to be used Projected Qty = Outflow Sold quantity - Inflow POS Return + Outflow PO quantity + Outflow PO Return quantity + Outflow Consumed quantity

No. of Audits	Number of times this product is audited (auto and manual) during the date range
Unaccounted	Difference in quantity between Zenoti projections and the actual count
