Notification SMS report (v2)

Center managers can use the Notification SMS report to view the details of all the SMS notifications that are sent to guests and the text credits that were consumed for each notification. If your center is running low on text credits, you can buy more credits from Zenoti Marketplace.
At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page, search for and select the Notification SMS report.
If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.
To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.
Click Refresh.
If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.
Column | Description |

Center Name | Center from which the SMS was sent |
Guest Code | Code that uniquely identifies the guest |
Guest Name | Name of the guest |
Template | SMS template that was used in the notification |
Message | SMS content that was sent to the guest |
Reason | Reason for SMS delivery failure |
Sent On | Date on which the SMS was sent from the center |
Sent To | List of mobile numbers to which the SMS was sent - guest's mobile number and the mobile numbers that were added in the Forwarded To box in the template. |
Guest Mobile | Mobile number of the guest |
Credits Consumed | Number of credits used to send the SMS to all the mobile numbers in the Sent To column |
Note
Certain columns are excluded from the exported report for security reasons, safeguarding sensitive information while still providing essential data.
