Appointment categories

Create an appointment category

You can use the appointment category to group a set of services by one color. For example, you can identify clients with monthly memberships using a particular color in the appointment book.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select Appointment categories.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Enter name, code, select appointment color and appointment text color and category appointment preference order.

    • If you want to override appointment color, select Override Appointment Color.

    • If you want to make the appointment category active, select Active.

  5. Click Save.
