Sales is the total amount earned by a business from selling non-liable instruments such as services, products, and memberships. Membership sales include only discount-based memberships and associated fees such as freeze fees and setup fees. Memberships based on credits or benefits are not considered part of these sales. Liable instruments such as gift cards and packages are also not considered as part of sales.
To reconcile and drill in further, follow these steps:
Click View reports.
The Accounting Summary report appears.
Select Dates and Centers.
Note
You can select only one center.
Click Refresh.
Review values in the Sales section. Note that the sales values displayed on the dashboard include refunds. Refunds are based on the date of refund and not the date of purchase.
