Payout speeds in Zenoti Payments
This article explains available payout speeds, country support, rate impact, and how to enable or change payout speed.
Overview
Payout speed determines how quickly funds from customer payments are deposited into your bank account. Zenoti Payments supports multiple payout speeds depending on your country and setup.
What are payout speeds?
Payout speed refers to the number of business days between when a transaction is processed and when funds are deposited into your bank account.
Zenoti Payments supports the following payout speeds:
Payout speed | Description |
T+1 | Funds are deposited one business day after the transaction is processed |
T+2 | Funds are deposited two business days after the transaction is processed |
T+3 | Funds are deposited three business days after the transaction is processed. |
Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays applicable to your country.

How to change payout speed
You can change payout speed at the center level.
Go to Payments → Center Configuration → Store Details.
In Payout speed, select T+1 or T+2.
Review the payout calendar and rate change.
Accept the terms and confirm you have authority to make the change.
Complete email OTP verification.
Schedule the migration date and time.
Note
The migration can take up to 4–5 hours. Schedule it during non-business hours to avoid impacting payment processing.
How payout speed affects your rates
Changing payout speed may impact your payment processing rates.
Switching from T+2 to T+1 increases applicable rates by 0.03%
Switching from T+1 to T+2 decreases applicable rates by 0.03%
For centers using IC+ billing:
Only transaction fees are adjusted.
Payout deduction rates and non-transaction fees remain unchanged.
You can review current and updated rates before confirming the change.
What happens after you schedule a payout speed change?
Your current payout speed remains active until migration completes
A status indicator appears in Store Details during migration
Updated payout speed and rates apply after migration is complete
