Search a product
After adding products in Zenoti, you can find them using search and then edit their details as needed. You can quickly locate and update specific product information by searching for a product using its name, the tag assigned to it, or its status.
Search for products using name, tag, or code
Navigate to Master data > Products.
Enter the product name, product code, or tag.
To search for a specific word that appears in the middle of a product name, start the search keyword with %.
For instance, if the product name is abcintensiverepairshampoo and you want to search for products that have "repair" in the name, enter %repair in the search box.
Click Search.
If you search for a specific product and it's already added, the product is listed in the search results.
If it is not listed, you can add it.
If you search by a tag, a list of products with the tag are displayed.
The following keywords cannot be used to search for products: $, F, G, H, I, J, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z, about, after, also, an, another, any, are, as, at, because, been, before, being, between, but, came, can, come, could, did, do, does, else, from, got, had, has, have, he, her, here, him, himself, his, how, if, into, is, its, just, like, make, many, might, more, most, much, must, my, never, no, now, on, only, or, other, our, over, said, same, see, should, since, so, some, still, such, than, that, their, them, then, there, these, they, this, those, through, to, too, under, use, very, want, was, way, we, well, were, what, when, where, which, while, who, will, with, would, you, your.
Search for products by product status
Navigate to Master data > Products.
To search for products based on different criteria such as availability, association, or restrictions, select one of the options from the drop-down list:
Active in this center: To view products active in the current center, select this option.
Associated in any center in org: To view products linked with at least one center within the organization, select this option.
Not associated in any center: To view products that are not linked with any center within the organization, select this option.
Ordering restricted: To view products with restrictions on ordering, select this option.
Selling restricted: To view products with restrictions on selling, select this option.
Deactivated: To view the deactivated products, select this option.
All: To view all the products in the system, select this option.
