Configure SmartKart for your business

SmartKart is a recommendation tool that suggests products, memberships, or packages based on the service you add in Zenoti. For example, if you add an anti-dandruff treatment to the invoice, SmartKart will automatically recommend an anti-dandruff shampoo (product). Similarly, SmartKart recommends any memberships or packages relevant to the anti-dandruff treatment.

This allows the front-desk staff to recommend relevant items and thereby improve sales.

SmartKart is available only on WebPOS and Webstore.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Configuration > Integrations > SmartKart.

  2. Search for and select SmartKart in the Integrations section.

  3. Expand SmartKart.

  4. Click Configure SmartKart recommendations.

  5. In the SmartKart admin page, click Configure.

  6. Click Set Recommendations.

  7. Select any one of the following:

    • POS: to configure SmartKart recommendations for the POS.

    • Webstore: to configure SmartKart recommendations for the Webstore.

  8. Click Select items to recommend.

  9. To find a product, membership, or package use the Search items box.

  10. Select the relevant item.

  11. Click Next.

  12. Configure the duration of the recommendation. Select any one of the following options:

    • Until removed: to display the item as a recommendation till you remove it from the SmartKart.

    • 1 Week: to display the recommendation for a week.

    • 1Month: to display the recommendation for a month.

    • Custom Dates: to display the recommendation for a custom date range.

  13. Click Confirm.

  14. For the Pre-requisites column, you can either leave it as Always Show, or select any of the services from the drop-down list. SmartKart will recommend the selected item whenever any of the prerequisite services are selected in POS or Webstore.

    Note

    The pre-requisite column supports a maximum of 5 services.

After you set up your recommendations, the front-desk staff will see a blue cart icon on the POS. Click the icon to view product and membership recommendations. Prompt the same to the guests.

On the Webstore, SmartKart will show the following sections:

  • Popular Services

  • Recommended for you

    Note

    Text labels for the above sections are customizable.
