Does the order of selling a package and adding services affect redemption?
Yes. To ensure Zenoti automatically redeems package benefits, the package must be sold or added to the guest profile before the related service is added to the invoice. If the service is added first, staff must manually apply the package benefit from the invoice screen.
Why must the package be sold first?
Services can be redeemed from a Series Package only after full or partial payment is taken and the package becomes active. Zenoti only auto‑applies benefits when it detects an active package at checkout.
What should staff do if automatic redemption does not occur?
Use Take Payment manually, select the correct package from the Packages list, and click Apply to redeem the benefit before finalizing payment.
