How does the store and floor model work?
Zenoti tracks inventory at two locations within each center:
Store (back storage/warehouse) — Products are received here from PO deliveries and transfers.
Floor (treatment rooms/display areas) — Products moved to customer-facing locations for use or sale.
Stock can be moved between store and floor within a center. If your organization prefers a simplified model, enable the Unify Store and Floor setting in Inventory Settings to combine both into a single quantity.
