Book an Amenity
Front desk staff can book amenities directly from the Appointment Book. Use the Category and Amenity filters to view availability across all configured facilities. The view shows each facility as a column with its name and maximum capacity. Available and occupied capacity is shown per time slot.
To book an amenity for a guest:
Click Appointments from the left navigation to open the Appointment Book, then click the Amenities tab.
Use the Category Filter and Amenity Filter dropdowns to narrow the view to the desired amenity or group of amenities.
Tip
To save your current filter selection, click the Save icon next to the Saved Views dropdown. Retrieve it any time from the Saved Views dropdown. Use the Delete icon to remove a saved view.
Select a time slot in the booking window or click the Booking Wizard icon to open the guided flow. Click Book in the top right to open the Booking Wizard.
In the Booking Wizard, search for the guest by name, mobile, email, or code in the search bar.
Select an existing guest or create a new guest profile. Search for the guest by name, mobile, email, or code in the search bar. To search across all centers, select the Search across centers checkbox.
If the guest does not have an existing profile, click + New Guest to create one.
Select a category from the Appointment Category dropdown, this is an optional step.
From the Amenity list, choose the amenity. The linked facility is automatically selected.
From the Amenity dropdown, you can search for and select the amenity. Each result shows the amenity name, facility, duration, and price.
Select the Date and Start Time based on the facility schedule.
Confirm booking details and proceed to payment. Choose Advance Payment or add the charge to the House Account.
Click Review and Book to review the booking summary, then confirm the booking.
Note
The Booking Wizard displays a running total at the bottom right. The price reflects the amenity's sale price for the selected center.
After saving, the booking appears in the Appointment Book with the selected date, time, and guest details. You can reschedule, update, or cancel the booking from there.
Book an Amenity for multiple guests
When multiple guests are sharing an amenity, for example, two players booking a tennis court together, you can create the booking for all guests in a single Booking Wizard session. Each guest is added as a separate row, and you can assign an amenity and facility for each one individually. The total cost shown reflects all guests combined.
For amenities that support group use, such as a tennis court with capacity for four players, you can add multiple guests to one booking and split the payment among them.
To book for multiple guests:
In the Appointment Book, click the Amenities tab.
Click Book to open the Booking Wizard.
From the No. of Guests dropdown at the top right, select the number of guests. You can book for up to 6 guests at once.
A group name field appears at the top of the wizard. Enter a name for the group booking. The name can be edited at any time before confirming.
Search for the primary guest by name, mobile, email, or code.
Select an amenity that supports group capacity, for example, a tennis court with capacity for four players.
Create the booking under one primary guest's name.
On the booking screen, add additional guests.
To exclude a guest from payment, click the Currency icon next to their name.
Select Split Payment to divide the cost equally or adjust each guest's share manually.
Click Confirm to generate individual invoices for each paying guest.
To add shared notes for the group, click +Group Notes.
Use the date picker to select the date. Time slots update based on combined availability for all selected amenities and facilities.
Select a suitable time slot.
Click Review & Book to review the full booking summary for all guests, then confirm.
On the review screen, verify the booking details for each guest. Each guest row shows a Host checkbox. The first guest added to the booking is set as the host by default. To change the Host, select a different guest's checkbox. A countdown timer at the top of the screen shows how long the selected time slots are held. Click Book to confirm.
Note
Once the booking is saved, the facility's available capacity decreases based on the Capacity Consumption setting configured for the amenity. Each guest in a multi-guest booking can be assigned a different amenity or facility within the same session. If a guest has a due amount on their account, it is displayed in their row before you confirm.
Manage Amenity reservations
Front desk staff can check in guests, update reservation details, reschedule bookings, and add additional guests from the Appointment Book.
When a multi-guest booking is confirmed, each guest appears as a separate row in the reservation details panel. A +1 badge next to a guest's name indicates that additional guests are part of the same group booking.
To manage an existing reservation:
In the Appointment Book, ensure the Amenities tab is selected.
Click the time slot under the facility where the reservation exists. The reservation details panel opens.
To update the guest's status, for example, to check them in on arrival, update the Status field.
To update a guest's status, click the Status dropdown next to their name. The available statuses are Check In, Confirm, Start, Complete, Cancel, and No Show.
To change the start time, use the Start Time dropdown.
To edit the amenity, facility, start time, or duration, click the Pencil icon to open the Booking Wizard.
To edit a booking, click the pencil icon on the guest's row. The Booking Wizard opens for that guest, where you can modify the dat, date, time, and facility details.
Important
If the booking is part of a group, a banner appears: "This booking is part of a group booking. Click here to navigate to group booking." Click the link to open the full group booking view, where you can update amenity or facility assignments for all guests.
To add more guests to the reservation, click Add New Guest, or use the dropdown to add multiple guests.
To move the reservation to another day, click the Date icon at the top of the panel and select a new date.
When editing a group booking, the confirm button shows Review & Save and, a "Do not send appointment notifications for this change" checkbox appears at the bottom before saving. Unselect this checkbox to send booking notifications regarding the modification to the group.
Book Amenities on Zenoti's Customer Mobile App
Members can book amenities through the Zenoti mobile app (CMA) without contacting the front desk. They can browse availability by category, select variants, apply coupons, and pay online.
Prerequisites for online booking:
Amenities must be enabled for the organization.
The amenity must have Online Booking selected on the Centers tab, and Allow customer to book this amenity selected on the Catalog tab. Both settings must be enabled for the amenity to appear in the app.
The member must be signed in to the organization's app.
To book an amenity on the app:
Scroll to the Amenities section on the home screen, or tap Amenities in the bottom navigation bar.
Select an amenity category to view available amenities.
Select an amenity or a variant, such as a half court or a pool lane, and tap Add.
Select who the booking is for and choose a room.
Note
If the amenity has age criteria and the selected member does not meet the age requirement, the booking cannot proceed.
View availability on the calendar and select a time slot.
Review the booking details, add any instructions, apply a coupon if available, and select a payment method.
Complete payment to confirm the booking.
After confirming, members can view their booking in the Bookings section under Account in the CMA.
