Service Visits
Service Visits in ezPulse represents the number of invoices that contain at least one service item type within the selected date range. This metric reflects the total count of service-related guest visits, regardless of whether the guest also purchased products.
It helps track how frequently guests visit for services and is key for analyzing staff productivity, capacity utilization, and revenue generation from service operations.
Example: Suppose on a given day, you have the following visits:
Guest A received a haircut (service).
Guest B purchased a facial (service) and shampoo (product).
Guest C only bought a conditioner (product).
Here, Guest A and Guest B’s invoices include service items, so:
Service Visits = 2
This indicates there were two service-related visits during the day.
