Enrollment report (v1)
Center managers can use this report to view guests' enrollment details and their current and previous tiers during the date range.
Important
This report is available only if your business has set up a tiered loyalty program.
Column | Description |

Guest | Guest's name |
Enrollment Date | Date on which the guest was enrolled in the tier |
Current Tier | Tier in which the guest is currently in |
Previous Tier | Tier in which the guest was previously in |
Direct Enrollment | Guest was directly enrolled into the tier without considering the spend criteria |
Enrolled By | Employee who enrolled the guest directly into the tier |
Enrolled Comments | Additional notes added by the employee who enrolled the guest directly in the tier |
