Overview
The Zenoti Smart Card gives you secure and flexible access to your Zenoti Wallet funds. You can make purchases, withdraw cash, and manage transactions with ease using both physical and virtual versions of the card. Designed with safety and flexibility in mind, the card includes built-in security features such as 3D Secure (3DS) and spending limits. With real-time transaction visibility through the myZen app and automatic refunds for eligible ATM fees, the Smart Card simplifies everyday spending.
Where you can use your card
Point of Sale (POS) and in-store purchases
Use the physical card at any retail store, spa, or salon that accepts Mastercard.
Supports tap, swipe, and chip insert methods.
Note
You cannot use virtual cards at POS terminals.
Online transactions
Use both physical and virtual cards to shop online.
All online transactions are protected by 3D Secure (3DS) for added safety .
Apple Pay and Google Pay
You can add both virtual and physical cards to Apple Pay or Google Pay for spending.
Note
You cannot use the Smart Card to add funds to Apple Pay or Google Pay wallets.
To load funds into your Zenoti Wallet, use your Zenoti checking account or a linked bank account.
ATM withdrawals
Use your physical Zenoti Smart Card to withdraw cash from ATMs.
ATMs within the MoneyPass® network are surcharge-free.
Zenoti automatically refunds any surcharge an ATM applies in error at the end of the month—no need to contact support.
Note
Cashback at POS terminals is not supported. Use ATMs for cash withdrawls.
Card limits (for your safety)
To ensure secure access and reduce the risk of fraud, the Zenoti Smart Card has built-in usage limits:

View and manage transactions in the myZen app
You can track all your card activity directly in the myZen app. You will see:
Pending Transactions: Authorized but not yet confirmed. These may disappear if the transaction fails or is duplicated.
Posted Transactions: Final transactions confirmed by the merchant and reflected in your balance.
Note
Notifications (in-app or via SMS) are sent only after a transaction is posted, not at the time of authorization.
Funding your card
You cannot use the Zenoti Smart Card to add funds to Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Q. Can I use my virtual card in stores or at ATMs?
A. No, only the physical card supports in-store and ATM usage. The virtual card can be used online or via mobile wallets.
Q. I was charged a fee at a Moneypass ATM. What should I do?
A. If the ATM belongs to the MoneyPass network, any fee charged in error will be automatically refunded at the end of the month.
Q. What’s the difference between pending and posted transactions?
A. Pending transactions are temporary authorizations. They may drop off if the transaction fails. Posted transactions are confirmed and final.
Q. When do I get transaction alerts?
A. Alerts are sent only after the transaction is posted, not when it’s initially authorized.
Q. Can I use the card to get cash back at stores?
A. No, cashback at POS is not supported. Use MoneyPass ATMs to withdraw cash without fees.
Q. Can I use the card to add money to my Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet?
A. No. The Zenoti Smart Card can only be used to spend funds, not to add money to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
