House Account statement notifications keep guests informed at every stage of the billing and payment process. When key events occur, such as statement generation, payment collection, or balance movement, Zenoti automatically sends an email or SMS to the guest. Each notification type can be configured with custom templates and uses predefined macros to dynamically populate guest-specific and statement-specific details, such as the amount due, due date, and billing period, at the time the message is sent.
