Liability – Memberships report (v1)

Marketing managers can use this report to track membership liability balance across centers.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Liability - Memberships report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Sales

Liability generated from membership sales based on sale price or value

Example

If a membership is sold for $400 with five benefits of $100 each, liability is 5x$100= $500.

Example

If a membership is sold for $400 with five benefits of $100 each, liability is calculated as follows,

  • Liability based on sale price will be $400

  • Liability based on value will be 5x$100= $500

Closing Balance

Balance liability amount of memberships that is carried forward to the next accounting period

Cost Adjustment

Cost Adjustment is the difference between Service Credit Equivalent Amount (Sales column) and membership price. For example, if membership price is 100 and Service Credit Equivalent Amount is 125, then Cost Adjustment will be 25
